Then, we build a general equilibrium endogenous growth model where\n   final goods are produced either in the skilled-labour intensive Clean sector\n   or in the unskilled-labour intensive Unclean sector. By solving numerically\n   transitional dynamics towards the unique and stable steady state, we observe\n   that environmental policies encourage scale-invariant technological knowledge\n   bias. This, in turn, promotes environmental quality, the skill premium and\n   economic growth. Moreover, the impact of population growth on the\n   steady-state growth rate is higher under strong households? environmental\n   conscientiousness with future generations.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.2298\/pan1505607a","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2016,1,11]],"date-time":"2016-01-11T10:19:59Z","timestamp":1452507599000},"page":"607-629","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":4,"title":["Endogenous growth effects of environmental policies"],"prefix":"10.2298","volume":"62","author":[{"given":"Oscar","family":"Afonso","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Porto, and OBEGEF, Faculty of Economics, Porto, Portugal"}]},{"suffix":"Catarina","given":"Ana","family":"Afonso","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Porto, Faculty of Economics, Porto, Portugal"}]}],"member":"1078","container-title":["Panoeconomicus"],"original-title":[],"language":"en","deposited":{"date-parts":[[2023,5,29]],"date-time":"2023-05-29T10:04:24Z","timestamp":1685354664000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/doiserbia.nb.rs\/Article.aspx?ID=1452-595X1505607A"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2015]]},"references-count":0,"journal-issue":{"issue":"5","published-print":{"date-parts":[[2015]]}},"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.2298\/pan1505607a","relation":{},"ISSN":["1452-595X","2217-2386"],"issn-type":[{"value":"1452-595X","type":"print"},{"value":"2217-2386","type":"electronic"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2015]]}}}
