A cross-sectional research design was conducted, in which were\n   surveyed 145 public service workers. A structured additive regression (STAR)\n   model was proposed for the analysis of the data. A linear effect of one\n   dimension of learning culture (external adaptation), and a nonlinear effect\n   of individual growth need on affective well-being were identified. Although\n   the moderation effects were not statistically significant, the findings\n   suggested a pattern where a balance between learning culture and individual\n   growth need levels lead to higher values of affective well-being.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.2298\/psi160502005r","type":"journal-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2017,6,22]],"date-time":"2017-06-22T13:59:31Z","timestamp":1498139971000},"page":"187-201","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":4,"title":["Learning culture and affective well-being at work: How does the need for individual growth matter in this relationship?"],"prefix":"10.2298","volume":"50","author":[{"given":"Teresa","family":"Rebelo","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"IPCDHS, University of Coimbra, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, Coimbra, Portugal"}]},{"suffix":"Bruno","given":"Sousa","family":"de","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"CINEICC, University of Coimbra, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, Coimbra, Portugal"}]},{"given":"Isabel","family":"Dimas","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Aveiro, GOVCOPP, ESTGA, Portugal"}]},{"suffix":"Renato","given":"Paulo","family":"Louren\u00e7o","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"IPCDHS, University of Coimbra, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, Coimbra, Portugal"}]}],"member":"1078","container-title":["Psihologija"],"original-title":[],"language":"en","deposited":{"date-parts":[[2023,5,29]],"date-time":"2023-05-29T10:22:38Z","timestamp":1685355758000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/doiserbia.nb.rs\/Article.aspx?ID=0048-57051700005R"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2017]]},"references-count":0,"journal-issue":{"issue":"2","published-print":{"date-parts":[[2017]]}},"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.2298\/psi160502005r","relation":{},"ISSN":["0048-5705","1451-9283"],"issn-type":[{"value":"0048-5705","type":"print"},{"value":"1451-9283","type":"electronic"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2017]]}}}
