In this study we aim to highlight the different stage spaces that are evoked by the memory of Ionesco\u2019s characters. In Ionesco\u2019s theatre, stage spaces representing ascent, escape, isolation and the abyss convey different symbols of time. We are interested in the theatrical dynamics of the alternation between the inside and the outside of stage spaces, as well as in their impact on the construction of memory.\nREZUMAT.
