(Online)"],"abstract":"<jats:p>O presente estudo analisa as vari\u00e1veis do professor-tutor preditoras dos benef\u00edcios da tutoria em contexto escolar: a qualidade da rela\u00e7\u00e3o de tutoria, a autoefic\u00e1cia do tutor, o compromisso afetivo e a experi\u00eancia enquanto tutor. Participaram 140 professores de diferentes zonas de Portugal, atrav\u00e9s do preenchimento de um question\u00e1rio online. O modelo de regress\u00e3o linear m\u00faltipla revelou que a qualidade da rela\u00e7\u00e3o e a autoefic\u00e1cia do tutor s\u00e3o preditores estatisticamente significativos dos benef\u00edcios da tutoria percebidos pelo professor-tutor. N\u00e3o foram encontrados resultados significativos nos restantes preditores. Os dados sugerem a necessidade de se investir na forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos professorestutores e na monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da sua pr\u00e1tica, de forma a promover a qualidade da rela\u00e7\u00e3o tutor-tutorando e a autoefic\u00e1cia do tutor.
