The influence of different preparation methods on their mechanical performance has not yet been sufficiently investigated. In this work, the effects of three different preparation methods on the mechanical surface morphology of EcoflexTM 00-30 are investigated. Specimens were subjected to cyclic uniaxial tensile tests at four strain rates (100, 12, 1.2, 0.2 mm/min) up to 300 % strain. The results showed negligible differences between the three different preparations, indicating that preparation variations have minimal effect on the performance of the material. These findings provide a solid basis for optimizing preparation protocols in practical applications, particularly in flexible sensors and soft robotics, where consistent mechanical performance is essential.
[[2025,11,25
["Comparative study of EcoflexTM 00-30 Preparation Methods: Mechanical Response and Morphological Features under Ambient Conditions
[[2025,11,25
U.Porto Journal of Engineering
[[2025,11,25
[[2025,11,25
[[2025,9,11
["2183-6493
[[2025,11,25]]}}}
