This study evaluates an epoxy-based thermoplastic adhesive film for such applications, focusing on curing optimization. Single lap joints were manufactured using three heating methods: oven (reference), hot press (controlled), and localized hot air gun (fast). The hot air gun method yielded the highest average lap shear strength (18.7\u202fMPa), outperforming the reference (15.2\u202fMPa) and hot press (16.8\u202fMPa) methods.
