{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2025,5,14]],"date-time":"2025-05-14T08:14:41Z","timestamp":1747210481110,"version":"3.40.5"},"reference-count":50,"publisher":"RGSA- Revista de Gestao Social e Ambiental","issue":"7","license":[{"start":{"date-parts":[[2024,4,12]],"date-time":"2024-04-12T00:00:00Z","timestamp":1712880000000},"content-version":"unspecified","delay-in-days":0,"URL":"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/4.0"}],"content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":["RGSA"],"abstract":"<jats:p>Objective: The present investigation aims to identify the explanatory factors for academic satisfaction, as well as the influence that the identified factors have on the degree of academic satisfaction in its global context and on the chances of the institution's recommendation to friends and family.\r\n\u00a0\r\nMethod: The investigation was conducted with a sample of 290 students from the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Piau\u00ed (FIEPI-Campus Oeiras). The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire.
