In this paper, we study the problem\n\nof image retweet prediction in social media,\n\nwhich predicts the image sharing behavior that the\n\nuser reposts the image tweets from their followees.\n\nUnlike previous studies, we learn user preference\n\nranking model from their past retweeted image\n\ntweets in SMS. We first propose heterogeneous\n\nimage retweet modeling network (IRM) that\n\nexploits users' past retweeted image tweets with associated\n\ncontexts, their following relations in SMS\n\nand preference of their followees. We then develop\n\na novel attentional multi-faceted ranking network\n\nlearning framework with multi-modal neural networks\n\nfor the proposed heterogenous IRM network\n\nto learn the joint image tweet representations and\n\nuser preference representations for prediction\n\ntask.
