Most of the existing studies have\n\nlimitations in the following three aspects: multiplicity, comprehensiveness and robustness. To address\n\nthese three limitations, we rethink this problem and propose the MASTER framework, i.e., across Multiple social networks, integrate Attribute and STructure Embedding for Reconciliation. In this framework, we first design a novel Constrained Dual Embedding model by simultaneously embedding and reconciling multiple social networks to formulate our problem into a unified optimization. To address this optimization, we then design an effective algorithm called NS-Alternating. We also prove that this algorithm converges to KKT points. Through extensive experiments on real-world datasets, we demonstrate that MASTER outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.24963\/ijcai.2018\/537","type":"proceedings-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,5]],"date-time":"2018-07-05T01:49:10Z","timestamp":1530755350000},"page":"3863-3869","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":22,"title":["MASTER: across Multiple social networks, integrate Attribute and STructure Embedding for Reconciliation"],"prefix":"10.24963","author":[{"given":"Sen","family":"Su","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing 100876, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Li","family":"Sun","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing 100876, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Zhongbao","family":"Zhang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing 100876, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Gen","family":"Li","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing 100876, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Jielun","family":"Qu","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing 100876, China"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"10584","event":{"name":"Twenty-Seventh International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence {IJCAI-18}","theme":"Artificial Intelligence","location":"Stockholm, Sweden","acronym":"IJCAI-2018","number":"27","sponsor":["International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization (IJCAI)"],"start":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,13]]},"end":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,19]]}},"container-title":["Proceedings of the Twenty-Seventh International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence"],"original-title":[],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,5]],"date-time":"2018-07-05T01:53:45Z","timestamp":1530755625000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/www.ijcai.org\/proceedings\/2018\/537"}},"subtitle":[],"proceedings-subject":"Artificial Intelligence Research Articles","short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2018,7]]},"references-count":0,"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.24963\/ijcai.2018\/537","relation":{},"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2018,7]]}}}
