We focus on five rules, which are egalitarian analogues of SNTV, the k-Borda rule, the Chamberlin--Courant rule, the Bloc rule, and the Pessimist rule. We establish their computational complexity, provide their initial axiomatic study, and perform experiments to represent the action of these rules graphically.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.24963\/ijcai.2018\/8","type":"proceedings-article","created":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,5]],"date-time":"2018-07-05T01:49:10Z","timestamp":1530755350000},"page":"56-62","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":5,"title":["Egalitarian Committee Scoring Rules"],"prefix":"10.24963","author":[{"given":"Haris","family":"Aziz","sequence":"first","affiliation":[{"name":"UNSW Sydney and Data61 (CSIRO), Australia"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Piotr","family":"Faliszewski","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"AGH University of Science and Technology, Krakow, Poland"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Bernard","family":"Grofman","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of California, Irvine, USA"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Arkadii","family":"Slinko","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Nimrod","family":"Talmon","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[{"name":"Ben-Gurion University, Be'er Sheva, Israel"}],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"10584","event":{"number":"27","sponsor":["International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence Organization (IJCAI)"],"acronym":"IJCAI-2018","name":"Twenty-Seventh International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence {IJCAI-18}","start":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,13]]},"theme":"Artificial Intelligence","location":"Stockholm, Sweden","end":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,19]]}},"container-title":["Proceedings of the Twenty-Seventh International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence"],"original-title":[],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2018,7,5]],"date-time":"2018-07-05T01:49:17Z","timestamp":1530755357000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/www.ijcai.org\/proceedings\/2018\/8"}},"subtitle":[],"proceedings-subject":"Artificial Intelligence Research Articles","short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2018,7]]},"references-count":0,"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.24963\/ijcai.2018\/8","relation":{},"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2018,7]]}}}
