We propose Domain Prompt Learning with Quaternion Networks (DPLQ), which leverages domain-specific foundation models and quaternion-based prompt tuning to effectively transfer recognition capabilities. Our method achieves state-of-the-art results in remote sensing and medical imaging tasks.
