Professional Business Review"],"abstract":"<jats:p>Objective: In alignment with the goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, particularly SDGs 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), this study aims to explore three constructs: corporate awareness, purposeful leadership, and organizational culture.\n\u00a0\nTheoretical Framework: This section presents data found in reports by the WEF, Engaja S\/A, OECD, UN and WHO on the main concepts associated with quality of life and organizational culture, found in authors such as Ashmos and Duchon (2000), Matos (2001), and Milliman, Czaplewski, and Ferguson (2003); Shein (2016) and others.\n\u00a0\nMethod: The methodology used was the analysis of the Engaja S\/A survey, a pioneering Brazilian indicator on corporate engagement launched in 2023, which assesses dimensions of a positive environment and trust in leadership..\n\u00a0\nResults and Discussion: The The results were compared with data presented in the 2023 revised report of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
