Tem-se claro que a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva requer a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas curriculares flex\u00edveis e diferenciadas que assegurem que todos os alunos possam conviver e aprender juntos. \u00c9 neste \u00e2mbito que se situa o estudo que neste artigo se d\u00e1 conta, cujo objetivo foi analisar proposi\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas e curriculares sobre Educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva no Brasil, problematizando possibilidades de concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Recorreu-se a an\u00e1lise documental da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira e a artigos, com foco em pr\u00e1ticas curriculares de inclus\u00e3o, publicados na plataforma Scielo.
