A Spatial-Temporal Graph Attention Network (STGAT) models\u2019 inter-attraction relationships to forecast visitor interest and comfort, while a Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) agent generates personalized routes by optimizing a multi-objective reward balancing interest, comfort, congestion, and travel cost. Experiments demonstrate 85.2% interest-prediction accuracy and a comfort RMSE of 0.45 over a 5-minute horizon. Compared to Dijkstra and A* baselines, our approach improves attraction load balancing and increases average dwell time (14.2 vs. 12.4 and 13.0 minutes), indicating enhanced engagement and reduced overcrowding.
