The objective is to deepen knowledge about this type of training and offer a differentiated view of its role. Methodology: A qualitative and exploratory methodology was used to examine the impact of training on the actor's formation. Results: The study reveals that training practice contributes to the professional and personal growth of the actor, standing out as an essential element in his\/her trajectory. Discussion: Training allows the actor to develop a unique and authentic identity, which reinforces its importance not only for acting technique, but also for individual development.
