Its objectives are to reflect on the need to change the aspects in question, aiming at improving the educational process. Methodology: For this purpose, a research methodology called bibliographic research was used. Results and discussions: the results point to the need for several changes that, as long as they are faced by all those involved with courage and a desire for change, can lead to the success of the educational process.
