Der vorliegende \nArtikel gibt eine kurze Einf\u00fchrung in das Feld der \nInformetrie, um auf dieser Grundlage eine Zeitschriftenliste \nauf dem Gebiet der Informations- \nund Bibliothekswissenschaft (IuB) einzuf\u00fchren. Durch \nKombination von zehn verschiedenen Zeitschriftenlisten aus \nDatenbanken, die relevante Literatur auf dem Gebiet der IuB \nerfassen, wird eine umfassende Liste von 1205 relevanten \nFachzeitschriften erstellt. Anhand ihrer \nErscheinungsh\u00e4ufigkeit wird die Bedeutung einzelner \nZeitschriften f\u00fcr das Gebiet der IuB eingeordnet, wobei vier \nverschiedene Kategorien von Zeitschriften \nunterschieden werden: f\u00fcnfzehn Kernzeitschriften, 88 \nzentrale Zeitschriften, 173 selektive Zeitschriften und 672 \nRandzeitschriften. Betrachtet werden dar\u00fcber hinaus auch \nPublikationssprache und geografische Verteilung der \nZeitschriften sowie die \u00dcberschneidung von verschiedenen \nDatenbanken untereinander. \nProfessional journals play an important role in the \ndissemination of research results and activity reports \namong scientists and practitioners. This article gives a brief \nintroduction into the field of informetrics with the purpose of \npresenting a list of journals in the field of library and \ninformation science (LIS ; in German: IuB). By combining \nten different lists of journals from databases which cover \nthe relevant literature in this field, a comprehensive list \nof 1205 professional journals could be assembled. Based on \nthe frequency of appearance in the list, it is possible to rank \nindividual titles by significance to the field. Four different \ncategories of journals were identified: fifteen core journals, \n88 central journals, 173 selective journals, and 672 marginal \njournals.
