In the last few years, it has seen that its transformation\ninto a Library Learning Centre was a good move, but there is more.\nEven more focus can be on the client, that is the choice that the\nlibrary made last year. From now on, the customer is the focus in\nevery design process. In this article, we explain how this can be\ndone for the physical space, using different personas (archetypes)\nthat we used in Delft for this process.
