Implementation of different e-initiatives is a typical solution to take advantage of ICT to reduce operating costs of the institution, to increase responsiveness to customers, etc. This paper describes conceptual approach and technical solutions to an e-University initiative. The proposed approach allows setting up measurable business goals, to measure business processes in context of defined goals and to search for business process improvement.
