Nevertheless, users are browsing the web according to their informational needs and comprehensions of the sites, based on the conceptual model in their mind. This delivers a good basis for evaluating web-based systems. Herein we propose a framework for web systems evaluation on the basis of users' actions. Exploiting a special log system and techniques of web usage mining, typical navigational patterns are recognized.
