One of the aims of this system is to guarantee the quality requirements established by the CRDO (Consejo Regulador de la Denominaci&amp;oacute;n de Origen or the governing board of the protected designation of origin) &amp;ldquo;Jam&amp;oacute;n de Teruel&amp;rdquo; in its regulation. The information will be uniquely attached to the meat by means of RFID tags.
