In this paper we propose an intelligent decision support system, aimed at suggesting the best managing strategies for a game-based model of a virtual city. Two knowledge representation areas characterize the intelligent agent. The first one is a &amp;ldquo;deterministic&amp;rdquo; area, which deals with descriptions and deterministic events. The second one is a &amp;ldquo;decisional&amp;rdquo; area, which deals with decisions taken under conditions of uncertainty. The agent is capable of reasoning in order to prospect the future evolutions of particular choices taken by the user.
