But combining them all together leads to the big picture. The same is true for today's technologies. When looking at all the different facets of Grid and Cloud computing no concrete picture might evolve. But trying to address all kind of issues might lead to a system which is able to manage service on demand. This paper tries to provide the big picture, of what today is called Cloud computing. It focuses on the faces, business models and handling of services in Clouds.
