While coping with vast volumes of regulations is a challenge, dealing with changes in legislation is even more challenging. Organizational change also affects the amount and complexity of legal rules people in organizations have to deal with. Moreover, not only rules are affected; changes in the organization's environment often create the need to redesign business processes and IT infrastructure, reallocate roles and responsibilities and reorder tasks.
