This research attempts to achieve a considerable progress toward being able to assess the impact of the ambient intelligence tools and technologies on the performance managerial decision support function. This will be accomplished through developing a conceptual model for managerial AmI containing all relevant relationships involving: ICTs and key enabling technologies, key features and notions of ambient intelligence and performance measures of managerial decision support.
