E-Learning solutions are often integrated into traditional learning courses. A process of implementation of an e-Learning solution requires a comparative analysis of alternative options, in order to produce a synthetic conclusion on the allocation of budgets and on the enhancements of effectiveness of the learning services. The purpose of this paper is to describe a methodology to structure and arrange the different aspects to be taken into account in a process of implementation of an e-Learning solution.
