We have developed an automated environment to construct individualized computational head models from image segmentation and to estimate conductivity parameters using electrical impedance tomography methods. Algorithms incorporating tissue inhomogeneity and impedance anisotropy in electromagnetics forward simulations have been developed and parallelized.
