Particularly, this article addresses the quantification of the influence of AmI features and attributes on the performance of managerial decision support. The article structures such relationship, and then proposes a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process (Fuzzy-AHP) model for measuring that vague influence of AmI on the managerial decision support system at the workplace.
