Educational materials consisting of case records, laboratory data, clinical images including of video and radiological images are transferred to the educational server from medical recording server in our hospital. Students can study each case by retrieving case details and related information from the computer. However, the diagnosis and detailed information are not retrievable unless students follow the prescribed PBL steps, undergoing assessment and problem-based thinking in each step. Eighty percent of medical students and all tutors agreed that CAPBL was helpful to understand cases.
