Recently, some university hospitals experienced many troubles. We made a questionnaire survey to analyze Chat the problems are. In most cases, the length of time from the signing of a contract to the beginning of using new system was too short. Some hospitals experienced their worst problems because of inadequate completion of the custom software, incompatibilities in data and so on.
