As an informal sector, practices are characterized by ambiguous management approaches. This situation leads to delays in the completion of some projects. Five major difficulties characterize and depreciate the informal sector, then generate its main complexity. These include disparity of constructions funds sources, the abstruse of labor cost management due to the self-employment of workers, the irrationality of construction means, the lack of standardization of some materials and the land insecurity. Those factors have an impact in the project risk.
