We have proposed a method to predict threeway interactions among proteins from expression data based on conditional probability in our previous study. However, the proposed method has a problem of significant computational time, because it requires computation of a probability distribution as a preprocess of the algorithm. In this study, we propose a method to significantly reduce the computational time by computing the probability distribution with analytical approach, instead of simulation approach used in our previous study.
