Worker must consider appropriate approach for the generated task from interruption. The proposed system assists the worker's decision to improve the work efficiency by recommending the alternatives based on expert knowledge for the interruption context. The context of the interruption is reasoned according to the worker's profile. The generated task by interruption is related to each worker's historical experience.
