The exact diagonalization is a long-standing numerical scheme among various diagonalization based algorithms for small quantum cluster systems. In this paper, we present a new parallel computing strategy obtained by paying attention to the band degeneracy in the exact diagonalization for cluster molecules. The proposed parallel design naturally leads to two ways, one of which is based on the conventional method for the quantum lattice model, and the other of which is a new approach considering the structure of the model.
