The quality is evaluated in terms of user defined metric function. We discuss the current state-of-the-art for finding good quality solutions, and its limitations. We determine which planners are metric sensitive and are driven by cost. Following that we present a novel metric sensitivity heuristic using a modified version of the relaxed planning graph.
