Taking into account that system acceptance by nurses is one of the most important factors for successful implementation, this paper describes nurses' expectations regarding the introduction of BCMA. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with 18 nurses in different units of an academic medical center in Argentina. Analysis of the interviews produced six main themes.
