In this paper, we propose the mounting of a structure lighting system on a gantry to improve its flexibility, efficiency and accuracy. The proposed system is able to obtain more accurate 3D models of objects with reduced time. The paper also proposes calibration methods for the system, which calculate the correspondences between the coordinate systems of the camera, the light source and the rotational axis. Parameters obtained from calibration are used to calculate the 3D data from the acquired 2D images.
