After years of operations, the military decides to migrate the software system to adapt new technology and improve the system performance. Meanwhile, the requirement elicitation processes are enhanced by coordinating the end-users and management-level for requirements review. The analysis results are improved by assuring related responsibilities and better communication truly improves the integrated team works.
