The workshop facilitated a dialogue on patients' roles and activities in daily health care by using a participatory design inspired method and pointed towards a pluralistic view on patients' participation represented by the terms &amp;lsquo;mixed&amp;rsquo;, &amp;lsquo;social&amp;rsquo; and &amp;lsquo;fluent participation&amp;rsquo;.
