In this study, the fast Fourier transform (FFT) is used to acquire the 3D figure of ambiguity function of FM radio signals. According to the principle of radar, this radar waveform has well distinguishing ability for time delay and Doppler frequency shift of signals. Then, the time difference of arrival (TDOA) method is used to estimate the target's position by using an unmanned aerial vehicle to collect data.
