The agile is a concept widely applied by organizations worldwide to enhance their capabilities for better managing software development projects. The agile application requires a pragmatic procedure to handle decision making and continuous improvements over the application life cycle. The proposed procedure evaluates and systemizes inter-influence effects among agile application factors in a context of an influential network relation map (INRM). The INRM helps managers find routes in making application decisions, meanwhile, determining improvement strategies for implementing the selected decisions toward aspiration levels. A numerical example is used to illustrate applicability of the proposed procedure. The results showed that by applying HMADM model, this study can provide a significant foundation to ensure that the best agile application outcomes are reached.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3233\/978-1-61499-544-9-152","type":"book-chapter","created":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,19]],"date-time":"2025-02-19T17:19:26Z","timestamp":1739985566000},"source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["A Novel Hybrid Multiple Attribute Decision Making Procedure for Aspired Agile Application"],"prefix":"10.3233","author":[{"family":"Chou Shuo-Yan","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[]},{"family":"Tzeng Gwo-Hshiung","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[]},{"family":"Yu Chien-Chou","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[]}],"member":"7437","container-title":["Advances in Transdisciplinary Engineering","Transdisciplinary Lifecycle Analysis of Systems"],"original-title":[],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,19]],"date-time":"2025-02-19T17:31:25Z","timestamp":1739986285000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/www.medra.org\/servlet\/aliasResolver?alias=iospressISBN&isbn=978-1-61499-543-2&spage=152&doi=10.3233\/978-1-61499-544-9-152"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2015]]},"references-count":0,"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3233\/978-1-61499-544-9-152","relation":{},"ISSN":["2352-751X"],"issn-type":[{"value":"2352-751X","type":"print"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2015]]}}}
