A pilot county deployed in an eHealth service in 2012, giving access to health records for all of its patients. This eHealth service is, however, a controversial issue. Two surveys were conducted to discover whether healthcare professionals' opinions differ between professionals, and between staff who have had experience with patients using eHealth records and those, to date, who have had none.
