{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,22]],"date-time":"2025-02-22T05:26:49Z","timestamp":1740202009876,"version":"3.37.3"},"reference-count":0,"publisher":"IOS Press","content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":[],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2016]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>This paper investigated mathematical modelling and control scheme of Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) based on fuzzy logic controller. At first, based on switching functions, a mathematic model of STATCOM in the form of a matrix was presented. Then, to overcome the problem of lacking an accurate model of a power system with STATCOM, a fuzzy logic PI controller was established in the feedback loop circuit. The membership function of the fuzzy logic controller was gained through the collection of experimental data.
