In this paper, we present a personalized wellness system that leverages techniques from cognitive science and machine learning to improve a user's well-being by suggesting daily micro-goals (e.g., &amp;ldquo;bring a healthy snack to work&amp;rdquo;), and by enabling social sharing of individual achievements.
