We propose an online care and rehabilitation planning tool as a potential eHealth service for stroke patients. The aim is to study the care professionals' perceived usefulness of the planning tool. We developed and presented a functional prototype to a neurology team in Stockholm. Three focus groups were performed with the care professionals in the team and the data were analysed based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology.
