This paper presents a framework for the development of soft real-time applications based on the Service Oriented Computing and Computer-Based Agents currently known as Internet of Services and Internet of Agents, respectively. The framework includes six dimensions&amp;mdash;agent, interaction, environment, planning, organization, and normative&amp;mdash;which are organized in order to accomplish the new current challenges of the Internet of Things.
