It is shown that the development of Lithuanian language resources and technologies can be divided into three stages: the first (2004&amp;ndash;2012), the second (2012&amp;ndash;2015), and the third (2016&amp;ndash;2020). The paper focuses on the second stage of development, which is labelled as the systematic breakthrough.
