The present global economic environment of continuous change is demanding new business models and competitive strategies. These new models are being characterized by integration, and new technologies adoption, their operations are being forced to look not only in individual company, but also in their entire set of operations networks. The present challenge is to extend the performance management and measurement models developed for isolated companies to supply chains.
