Most merchandises are bought by means of cross-broader e-commerce is high risk products, and it is strongly related to the people's livelihood, such as imported food, cosmetics, health products and electrical products. Since overseas merchandise generally is sent to consumers by parcel express under cross-broader e-commerce pattern, it is difficult to find merchandise's risk by traditional port regulation pattern. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a decision support model for real-time and accurate identifying risk of merchandise by means of cross-broader e-commerce. This paper develops a knowledge-based decision framework for the systemic risk management of merchandise for cross-broader e-commerce trade. Firstly, a knowledge-based decision modeling is proposed, including ontology modeling for knowledge base and reasoning process for the problem solving method of risk identification, assessment and monitoring. Secondly, the corresponding decision support platform of merchandise systemic risk management is performed including decisiong framework, core technology and the structure of the platform. Finally, many typical cases are provided to illustrate how does the proposed knowledge-based decision framework is applied in practice.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.3233\/978-1-61499-779-5-611","type":"book-chapter","created":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,19]],"date-time":"2025-02-19T17:19:26Z","timestamp":1739985566000},"source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":1,"title":["A Knowledge-Based Decision Framework for Merchandise Systemic Risk Management Under Cross-Broader E-Commerce Pattern"],"prefix":"10.3233","author":[{"family":"He Junliang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"family":"Yan Wei","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"family":"Huang Youfang","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"family":"Tan Caimao","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"family":"Zhou Huijun","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"7437","container-title":["Advances in Transdisciplinary Engineering","Transdisciplinary Engineering: A Paradigm Shift"],"original-title":[],"deposited":{"date-parts":[[2025,2,19]],"date-time":"2025-02-19T17:41:22Z","timestamp":1739986882000},"score":1,"resource":{"primary":{"URL":"https:\/\/www.medra.org\/servlet\/aliasResolver?alias=iospressISBN&isbn=978-1-61499-778-8&spage=611&doi=10.3233\/978-1-61499-779-5-611"}},"subtitle":[],"short-title":[],"issued":{"date-parts":[[2017]]},"references-count":0,"URL":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3233\/978-1-61499-779-5-611","relation":{},"ISSN":["2352-751X"],"issn-type":[{"value":"2352-751X","type":"print"}],"subject":[],"published":{"date-parts":[[2017]]}}}
