Further, the moderating role of IT ambidexterity was examined between NHRM and innovation performance. This study selected Pakistan's largest IT based semi-government organization National Database &amp;amp; Registration Authority (NADRA) as a case study. Data was collected from three major cities (Lahore, Gujranwala and Jhelum) of Pakistan. 500 employees of NADRA participated in the survey based study. The empirical results found the positive relationship between NHRM practices and innovation performance. The moderating influence of IT ambidexterity was also found in this study. Employees with high IT ambidexterity are more involved in innovation performance. Continuous adaption of technology enhances long term competitive advantage.
